Greetings.

My name is Susan Cunningham and I’m the gal behind SusanSendsGreetings.blogspot.com. Here's a little snapshot of who I am.

I’m a 38 year old living in Phoenix, Arizona. I have spent the majority of the past 16 years working with customers. I've been a food server, apartment manager, Realtor and Sales & Marketing Director. Now I work full time from home helping people with their marketing. I specialize in "Relationship Marketing". More on that later.

I love people! And one thing I know to be true is people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. Customer service is all about making people feel special.

Welcome to my SusanSendsGreetings blog. In it I will share my experiences sending Greeting Cards. It's such an easy and cost effective way to stay in touch. I stay on top of birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and other special occasions. It also allows me to reach out to someone when I'm prompted to do so. I'm dedicated to sharing my system with others. This blog was created as an outlet for my SendOutCards experiences. Entries may be technical in nature, creative suggestions, or "keeping in touch" success stories.

In addition to sending cards and helping clients with their marketing strategies, I am also a licensed Realtor and do freelance graphic design work. If that doesn't keep me busy enough, I enjoy interior design (well, in my own historic home), reading, and enjoying good food, wine and conversation with my amazing boyfriend of three years.
