Greetings!
Dave and I were invited to two themed Halloween parties on the same night. One party was "80's" and the other was "Hero/Villain". Determined to avoid a costume change in the car between parties, we Googled "80's heros." Amidst a plethora of comic book heros that I didn't recognize, we found our solution: Ghostbusters!
We found that some serious Ghostbusters fans had created an entire manual on how to recreate the uniform, including all of the artwork for the patches and labels for our Proton Pack and Ghost Trap. A trip to a couple of army supply stores later, we had our flight suits and were on our way. The costumes were a big hit - perhaps the best halloween costume I have ever had! Here's the card I made to send to my parents.
