TIP - Contact's Information

Greetings! Here's a good tip...

Make sure to always use proper punctuation and capitalization in your Contact Manager. The Names and Addresses will appear on the envelope exactly how you type them.

So, in order to NOT send this:

bob smith
123 e main
phoenix az 85100

You need to input the contact correctly:

Bob Smith
123 E. Main St.
Phoenix, AZ 85100

In addition, verify that this is also correct for YOUR return address. Look on your Main Menu on the far right side. If, for instance your city is in all UPPERCASE, just click on the "Edit Personal Info" button and make the appropriate changes.
