Happy Thanksgiving

After the leftovers are wrapped and sent home with the guests, the dishwasher is loaded, and I'm sitting with my feet up watching my boyfriend and his Mom play Wii Sports, I'm left thinking about all the things I have to be thankful for. There are many!

In this challenging global economic climate, it's so easy to fall into a "poor me" attitude. I struggle with this on a fairly regular basis. Today though, I'm thinking of all the beauty in my world. How fortunate I am... Blessed, if you will.

I encourage you to take pause and think about how wonderful life really is. No matter how difficult it seems, go out and take a deep breath, enjoy the sound of the birds singing, think about the people you love and who love you and remember that we only get one turn on this crazy ride - enjoy it!
